Details

How to unlock mission: Complete 100 Zone Cleanup Missions.

How to complete mission: Collect the envelope extension located at [-2][0].

Reward: The second and last permanent extension to your envelope.

Notes

Though your envelope is indeed larger after you pick up the extension, this does not show in your profile. This is a known bug that has been there for a very long time!

If you use the Retrofuser right after you finish the 100th cleanup, the extension won't show on your map yet. You will have to move to another space before being able to see and get the extension.

(This also occurs if your 100th cleanup was close to [-2][0]. If so, you will have to travel to another space before being able to see the extension on your map.)

That makes me wonder: If you use the retrofuser right after you finished your 100th cleanup, can you go straight to [-2][0] and get the extension? Or do you need to make the extension appear on your map before you can collect it?

you need to make the extension appear before you can get it. i used the retrofuser and knew where the extension was supposed to be, so i went there, but there was no question mark box. after i finished the level the extension showed on the spot where i was at that moment, so i had to move away and back to get it.
