You have all three of the medallion's pieces! While assembling them, a warm light spreads through the envelope, which now seems quicker and more stable.
Details
How to unlock mission: N/A, you can do this mission at any stage in the game just by collecting the pieces.
How to complete mission: Collect the three parts of the Zonkerian Medallion on Moltear. The pieces are located at [-58][30], [-54][40], and [-51][37].
Reward: The Zonkerian Medallion makes your envelope more responsive, and is especially helpful on Spignysos where the sub-zero temperatures make your envelope respond slower.

It looks like Alphabounce has updated the mission name -- it is now [appropriately] The Zonkerian Medallion http://i5.photobucket.com/albums/y176/LayzAyzn/Misc/zonkerianmedallion.png
The title should be changed to reflect the update.
