FURI Supporters

FURI Supporters can be found on various planets. Depending on which faction you are in, you will receive various results upon finding them.

ESCorp's Side

After having cleaned up 63 Zones, ESCorp members will receive the mission The Fight. Then, for every FURI Supporter you find and denounce, you will receive 5 SHC.

FURI's Side

Talking to these supporters as a FURI member will also give you additional insight as to why FURI exists and why they oppose the ESCorp. Before giving you their gift of Minerals or SHC, they will relate a short story telling of how the ESCorp is "disregarding the natural law" and causing many disasters, such as the pollution of Soupaline's ocean and a decreased birth rate for the inhabitants of Moltear. As such, it can be said that the FURI is defending its territory from expansion by the ESCorp, which is why the organization exists in the first place.

Interstellar Fugitives?

While Interstellar Fugitives are not yet FURI members, they will be awarded the same as if they were one, should they come upon a listed FURI Supporter.

Numerical Comparison

ESCorp: Including the 20 SHC for unlocking the The Fight mission, ESCorp gets 5 SHC from 78 Supporters each, resulting in a total of 410 SHC (for a net-gain of 332 SHC).

FURI/Interstellar Fugitives: FURI members and Interstellar Fugitives will receive a total of 210 SHC and 3547 Minerals. (for a net-gain of 132 SHC and 3547 Minerals).

This will simplify to ESCorp getting 200 SHC to FURI's 3547 Minerals, which in turn, will translate to FURI getting about 18 Minerals to each 1 SHC the ESCorp gets. Seeing as SHC is usually sold by Merchants for approximately 100 Minerals, the data points to ESCorp gaining more.

One may argue that a FURI member/Interstellar Fugitive would not bother with any FURI Supporter who did not reward him or her with SHC, but in this case, the net-gain would be 168 SHC (compared to the 132 SHC and 3547 Minerals above), which is pretty much the same result.
